Accessibility at RedBlink

Our Commitment to Digital Accessibility

RedBlink is committed to designing and developing digital applications that are accessible to users with disabilities. We recognize the importance of inclusive digital experiences and strive to support accessibility across the applications we build and maintain.

Our accessibility approach aligns with internationally recognized standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), and focuses on supporting users who rely on assistive technologies or alternative interaction methods.

Accessibility Considerations

RedBlink incorporates accessibility practices intended to improve usability and clarity across supported platforms, including where applicable:

  • Readable text and appropriate contrast ratios
  • Consistent layout and navigation patterns
  • Keyboard-accessible interactions
  • Semantic structure and labeling to support assistive technologies
  • Clear feedback and error messaging during user interactions

Accessibility considerations are applied within the functional scope of each application and are reviewed as part of the development and evaluation process.

Accessibility Standards & Evaluation Approach

RedBlink documents accessibility conformance using the Voluntary Product Accessibility Template® (VPAT®) framework, based on WCAG 2.0 and WCAG 2.1 success criteria.

Accessibility evaluations may include:

  • Manual accessibility testing
  • Keyboard navigation review
  • Visual contrast and readability checks
  • Assistive technology compatibility review
  • Assessment against WCAG Level A and Level AA criteria (with Level AAA evaluated where applicable)
