301 Redirect
Its role is to indicate to search engines that the address of a web page has been permanently changed. This will mean that you also have to think about changing the URL of the page. We can also give the name of “web redirection” or even “permanent redirection” to this practice.
The principle of 301 redirects was introduced to allow SEOs to have a better relationship with Internet users. Indeed, an SEO may judge that other content would be better suited to the address where the Internet user would like to go.
